With a strong background in public accounting and several years of experience supporting clients across industries, Upuli specializes in financial reporting, assurance services, bookkeeping, corporate tax preparation, and advisory services that drive sustainable growth.
Her years spent in public practice allowed her to work with a wide range of clients in various industries, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and skills in different areas of assurance engagements such as compilations, reviews, and external audits.
Upuli graduated with honours from Centennial College, where she studied business accounting.
She was awarded the CPA designation as one of the few candidates who achieved it through the internationally trained accountants’ path at CPA Canada. Her diverse and international education includes designations such as CPA Australia and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) (UK).

He is a licensed tax preparer at H&R Block Canada, specializing in personal and corporate tax planning and financial reporting, and is committed to making high-quality accounting support more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses through modern, client-focused services.
He brings extensive experience in Canadian corporate and personal taxes, along with specialized knowledge in partnership, trust, and estate taxation.
At his previous firm, he was also involved in numerous advisory projects, including complex tax reorganization transactions for over 100 companies operating across various industries.
